Welcome inside our bike shed. Feel free to spend all your time on details. We have been bikeshedding the colors, the materials, the mediums, the duration, the format, the ideas, the time spent, the right tools to use. And bikeshedding the concept, the poster, the curation, the content, the title, the dates, the opening hours, the participating artists, the deadline. It's like a fiction of how the designers of an nuclear something ended up spending ”way too much” time on figuring out what the bike sheds should be like. We feel like maybe there was an agreed agenda there, articulated or unthought.  Sometimes the most interesting things lie waiting in the details. Just like in that story with the elephant Horton who hears voices coming from a tiny dust particle, and then he ends up saving their community because he insists on paying attention to the small things. Being a material rather than an object. Learning how to use yourself in a new way. Works appear and disappear. Be there or be square. Or don't? Maybe you could also be a triangle, or an octagon, fuzzy or hardcore? Liquid or solid? Plastic and transparent? Reoccurring or something like that. To spend all that time deciding.
